"If A equals success, then the formula is: A = X + Y + Z, X is work. Y is play. Z is keep your mouth shut."
Albert Einstein

In May 2010, Aubrey began working with Via Lucis Photography, photographers of religious architecture, updating their archives of digital photographs to conform with the NDIIPP metadata standards as well as completing an in-depth database of 600+ churches which included construction history, era, and location. During spring 2012, Aubrey will assist with the exhibit design for Via Lucis’ three U.S. gallery shows.

Beginning in May 2010, Aubrey became the social media intern for the Initiative for Heritage Conservancy, responsible for social media strategy and website and newsletter management. She also edited videos of past lecture series to be used in advertisement for upcoming events and lectures.

Aubrey worked extensively with the gathering, organization and presentation of information during her career at LMU while working under Dr. Katerina Zacharia, Chair of the Department of Classics and Archaeology at Loyola Marymount University.

While at LMU, she also worked with Father William Fulco in the Department of Classics and Archaeology as a curator assistant, organizing the collection and accompanying information, and assisting with volunteer and student worker schedules.

Additionally, during an internship in London at the Palestine Exploration Fund during March and April 2009, she retrieved, catalogued, scanned, and organized the Fund’s photographic archives, working in close accordance with the Head Curator of the Fund’s library and collection.
